Returns & reprint policy
Custom-printed items are made to your design, so they generally can't be resold or returned like standard stock. We do, however, stand behind the quality of our work.
If something's wrong
- If your order arrives with a production defect or differs from your approved proof, contact us promptly with photos and your order reference.
- Where a fault is on our side, SkyNova will arrange a reprint or suitable resolution.
Proof approval
To avoid surprises, we review your artwork and may share a proof before production. Approving the proof confirms the design, colours and placement.
Cancellations & changes
Let us know as early as possible — changes may not be possible once production has started.
